Playing with lights (For real this time)

So I went in and got to make a global light for one lesson, then in the next lesson we went in and added lights to the interior of my building. Of course, I had forgotten to place lights in my building, but I fixed that. I kept doing the rebuild thing and it always said that my lights needed to be rebuilt, any clue what that means?
